Texting Terms
By opting into the Duvera Billing Services, LLC dba EasyPay Finance and/or the EasyPay Leasing, LLC (together, “EasyPay”) promotional SMS program (“Program”), you agree to these Texting Terms, our Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy.
Consent & Eligibility: You affirm that you are at least 18 and the account holder for the number provided. You consent to receive marketing texts, including autodialed messages, at this number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message Content & Frequency: Messages may include account and application updates, marketing, and promotions. You may receive up to 10 messages/month, though actual frequency may vary.
Fees: We charge no fees, but message and data rates may apply from your carrier.
Supported Carriers & Liability: Major carriers (e.g., AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile) are supported but are not liable for Program operation or issues.
Opt-Out: To stop receiving texts, reply STOP at any time. You will receive a confirmation text.
Restart: Text START if you want to restart receiving texts.
Support: For help, reply HELP, or email customerservice@easypayfinance.com, or call (866) 438-8372.
Multiple Programs: To opt out of other EasyPay text programs, unsubscribe from each separately.
Spam & No-Tolerance Policy: To report spam or non-consensual messages, call (866) 438-8372 and provide sender details. EasyPay enforces a no-tolerance spam policy.
