This Policy may change from time to time, so please check the Site each time you use it or any of our Services for the most current information. This Policy was last updated on July 15, 2026. Unless otherwise stated, any future modifications to this Policy will go into immediate effect after they have been posted. We may notify you of any material changes to this Policy as required under applicable law. Your continued use of the Site or Services indicates your consent to the Policy posted at the time of use. We may provide you with a reasonable opportunity to withdraw consent to any further materially different collection, processing, or transfer of previously collected personal information under the changed Policy. If you no longer have a relationship with us, we will send notice about any changes to this Policy as required under applicable law to your last known address or other contact information in our files. We collect the categories of personal information as described under the "What Personal Information EasyPay Finance Collects About You" section below and use these categories of personal information for the purposes as described under the "How We Use Your Personal Information " section below. We do not sell your personal information, but we may share your internet or other electronic network activity. We retain your personal information as described below under "Retention of Personal Information ".

Your Consent

By using the Site or any of our Services, you consent to this Policy and acknowledge that you are 18 years of age or older. By consenting to this Policy, you also agree to our Terms of Use, which also governs your visit to the Site and which is incorporated by reference into this Policy.

Employee Conduct

EasyPay expresses its absolute commitment to integrity, and our corporate values and ethical standards we expect from all of our employees. This includes specific guidelines concerning the safeguarding of confidential information, which includes personal information. Employee access to confidential information is limited as it relates to our employees’ roles and responsibilities within the organization.

Collecting, Using, and Disclosing Personal Information

Unless otherwise described in this Policy, the types and categories of personal information we may collect from or about you as a consumer and our use and disclosure of any such information are described below. We have collected the below categories of information from consumers within the last twelve (12) months:

What Personal Information EasyPay Finance Collects About You

EasyPay collects personally identifiable information (PII or personal information) and non-personally identifiable information (NPI). PII is defined as information that directly identifies an individual. NPI is defined as information about an individual that does not identify you individually. We collect PII and NPI about consumers of our Services and Site visitors, including in the following ways: directly from our customer payment portal via our Site, including any PII you submit through our chat and other customer service functions, and about applicants who are buying products or services from a store where we do business. We may also collect personal information from advertising networks, Internet service providers, data analytics providers, government entities, operating systems and platforms, social networks, or data brokers. We may collect or use your PII or NPI for the purpose of training large language models.

We collect the following categories of PII:

Identifiers, such as name, date of birth, government issued identification cards and numbers, Social Security numbers.
Personal information, such as contact information, address, telephone number, email address, and financial information like bank or payment card account number.
Commercial information, such as transaction information and purchase history, net monthly income, sources of income, monthly housing expense, and lease or ownership information.
Bank account and transaction information, such as transaction history and spending pattern data like dining, entertainment, or grocery spending, which we may obtain directly from you or through your authorized access to your bank account from a consumer‑permissioned financial data aggregator service that has access to your bank or financial accounts.
Internet or network activity information, such as your username and password, browsing history, and interactions with our Site.
Geolocation data when you select merchants that you would like to obtain a product or service from though our Site.
Audio, electronic, and similar information, such as call recordings.
Professional or employment-related information, such as employer name, work history, and prior employers.
Inferences drawn from any of the personal information listed above to create a profile about, for example, your individual preferences with respect to products or services.
Sensitive personal information, such as your Social Security Number, driver’s license number, state identification card number, passport number, citizenship or immigration status, photo, account log-in, financial account, debit card, or credit card number in combination with any required security or access code, password, or credentials allowing access to an account.

How We Use Your Personal Information

We use your PII and NPI to review your application and provide you the ability to finance your product or service, to contact you regarding your application, process transactions, marketing, customer support, Site maintenance, or any other legitimate business purpose not otherwise prohibited under the law.

We may also use your PII for the following business purposes:

Audit related to our current interactions with you and concurrent transactions, including, but not limited to, counting ad impressions to unique visitors, verifying positioning and quality of ad impressions as well as auditing compliance with this Policy and other standards.
Helping to ensure security and integrity, including protecting against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, and prosecuting those responsible for that activity.
Debug to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality.
Perform services, including maintaining or servicing accounts, providing customer service, processing or fulfilling orders and transactions, verifying customer information, processing payments, providing financing, providing advertising or marketing services, providing analytic services, or providing similar services.
Undertake internal research for technological development and demonstration.
Undertake activities to verify or maintain the quality or safety of a service or device that is owned, manufactured, manufactured for, or controlled by us, and to improve, upgrade, or enhance our services or devices.
Any commercial purposes, including any purpose to advance your commercial or economic interests, such as by inducing you to buy, rent, lease, join, subscribe to, provide, or exchange products, goods, property, information, or services, or enabling or effecting, directly or indirectly, a commercial transaction.

We may also use personal information to maintain our business relationships.

EasyPay only uses or discloses sensitive personal information for these purposes permitted under applicable law and such use or disclosure is reasonably necessary and proportionate for those purposes. To the extent that we retain any personal information in deidentified form, we publicly commit to maintaining and using the deidentified data without attempting to re-identify the deidentified data.

Use of Cookies and Tracking User Traffic

EasyPay and other third parties use a variety of tracking technologies, including session cookies, pixels, web beacons, device fingerprints, or other tracking technologies to track and record the activities of users logging into our Site. The information that we and our third party service providers may track with these tracking technologies may include the type of browser (such as Google Chrome or Internet Explorer) and Internet-connected devices being used to access the Site, your IP address, your home domain or Internet service provider, your referrer URL (the URL for the website that you were viewing prior to visiting the Site), how you were directed to the Site, which specific pages your access on the Site, how long you view each page, the time and date you access our Site, other activities you may engage in on the Site, and the total number of visitors to the Site and any portions thereof.

We may also use tracking technologies in connection with our chat feature. For example, you may request customer service using a live chat feature. Chats are user-initiated and session-based, and you can discontinue a chat you initiate at any time.

We use Google Analytics to generate statistical and other information about the use of our Site by means of cookies. How We Protect Your Personal Information

EasyPay uses industry- standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption on all web pages of our Site where sensitive personal information, including Social Security numbers and banking information, are collected. To log into our Site, you must use our mobile application or an SSL-enabled browser. This type of browser helps protect the confidentiality of your personal information while it is transmitted over the Internet, although no internet site can claim to be 100% secure.

How We Disclose Your Personal Information/Legally Compelled Disclosure of Information

EasyPay may disclose any or all of the above categories of personal information to service providers, contractors, or other third parties for our business purposes and commercial purposes, including fraud and credit worthiness purposes. Such third parties may include our affiliates, other financial institutions, retail companies, consumer‑permissioned financial data aggregator services that access your bank or financial accounts at your direction, advertising networks, Internet service providers, data analytics providers, government entities, operating systems and platforms, social networks, or data brokers. We may have disclosed any of the above categories of personal information from such third parties within the last twelve (12) months.

EasyPay may disclose personal information when legally compelled to do so. Privileged information about a customer’s account is disclosed only when permitted by this Policy, or legally required such as by a subpoena, regulatory investigation, court order or with a consumer’s express, verbal, or written permission.

We do not sell personal information except as described in this Policy, or if we provide you with notice and a right to opt-out of such sale. We may share (as that term is defined under applicable privacy laws) personal information such as your internet or network activity information with internet service providers and data analytics providers. We do not have any knowledge of the sale or share of personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

Protection of Minors

EasyPay does not intend to advertise our products or services to persons under 18 years of age, or to collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If you believe that we have inadvertently collection personal information from a child, please notify us at the contact information below.

ID Theft Policy

EasyPay utilizes state of the art authentication technology to verify identities. However, if someone has fraudulently used your identification to establish credit, report the incident as quickly as possible to EasyPay at the contact information provided below, and, if necessary, to each of the credit reporting agencies listed below and ask that a fraud alert be placed on your file. Retention of Personal Information

We retain your personal information for as long as you use our Site or Services or as necessary to fulfill the purpose(s) for which it was collected, including to provide our services, resolve disputes, establish legal defenses, conduct audits, pursue legitimate business purposes, enforce our agreements, and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
