Unless otherwise stated, any future modifications to this Policy will go into immediate effect after they have been posted. Notice at Collection
We collect the categories of personal information as described under the “What Personal Information EasyPay Finance Collects About You” section below and use these categories of personal information for the purposes as described under the “How We Use Your Personal Information” section below. We do not sell your personal information, but we may share your internet or other electronic network activity. We retain your personal information as described below under “Retention of Personal Information”.
Your Consent

EasyPay Finance expresses its absolute commitment to integrity, and our corporate values and ethical standards we expect from all of our employees. What Personal Information EasyPay Finance Collects About You
EasyPay Finance collects personally identifiable information (PII or personal information) and non-personally identifiable information (NPI). We collect PII and NPI about our customers and Site visitors in primarily these ways: directly from our customer payment portal via our Site, including any PII you submit through our chat and other customer service functions, and about applicants who are buying products or services from a store where we do business. We may also collect personal information from advertising networks, Internet service providers, data analytics providers, government entities, operating systems and platforms, social networks, or data brokers.
We collect the following categories of PII:
- Identifiers, such as name, date of birth, government issued identification cards and numbers, Social Security numbers.
- Personal information, such as contact information, address, telephone number, email address, and financial information like bank or payment card account number.
- Commercial information, such as transaction information and purchase history, net monthly income, sources of income, monthly housing expense, and lease or ownership information.
- Internet or network activity information, such as your username and password, browsing history, and interactions with our Site.
- Geolocation data when you select merchants that you would like to obtain a product or service from though our Site.
- Audio, electronic, and similar information, such as call recordings.
- Professional or employment-related information, such as employer name, work history, and prior employers.
- Inferences drawn from any of the personal information listed above to create a profile about, for example, your individual preferences with respect to products or services.
- Sensitive personal information, such as your Social Security Number, driver’s license number, state identification card number, passport number, citizenship or immigration status, account log-in, financial account, debit card, or credit card number in combination with any required security or access code, password, or credentials allowing access to an account.
How We Use Your Personal Information
We use your PII and NPI primarily to review your application and provide you the ability to finance your product or service, to contact you regarding your application, process transactions, marketing, customer support, Site maintenance, or any other legitimate business purpose not otherwise prohibited under the law.
We may also use your PII for the following business purposes:
- Audit related to our current interactions with you and concurrent transactions, including, but not limited to, counting ad impressions to unique visitors, verifying positioning and quality of ad impressions as well as auditing compliance with this Policy and other standards.
- Helping to ensure security and integrity, including protecting against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, and prosecuting those responsible for that activity.
- Debug to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality.
- Perform services, including maintaining or servicing accounts, providing customer service, processing or fulfilling orders and transactions, verifying customer information, processing payments, providing financing, providing advertising or marketing services, providing analytic services, or providing similar services.

EasyPay Finance only uses or discloses sensitive personal information for these purposes permitted under applicable law and such use or disclosure is reasonably necessary and proportionate for those purposes.
To the extent that we retain any personal information in deidentified form, we publicly commit to maintaining and using the deidentified data without attempting to reidentify the deidentified data.
Use of Cookies and Tracking User Traffic
EasyPay Finance and other third parties use a variety of tracking technologies, including session cookies, pixels, web beacons, device fingerprints, or other tracking technologies to track and record the activities of users logging into our Site. The information that we and our third party service providers may track with these tracking technologies may include the type of browser (such as Google Chrome or Internet Explorer) and Internet-connected devices being used to access the Site, your IP address, your home domain or Internet service provider, your referrer URL (the URL for the website that you were viewing prior to visiting the Site), how you were directed to the Site, which specific pages your access on the Site, how long you view each page, the time and date you access our Site, other activities you may engage in on the Site, and the total number of visitors to the Site and any portions thereof.

How We Protect Your Personal Information
EasyPay Finance uses industry- standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption on all web pages of our Site where sensitive personal information, including Social Security numbers and banking information, are collected. To log into our Site, you must use our mobile application or an SSL-enabled browser. This type of browser helps protect the confidentiality of your personal information while it is transmitted over the Internet, although no internet site can claim to be 100% secure.
How We Disclose Your Personal Information/Legally Compelled Disclosure of Information
EasyPay Finance may disclose any or all of the above categories of personal information to service providers, contractors, or other third parties for our business purposes and commercial purposes, including fraud and credit worthiness purposes. Such third parties may include our affiliates, other financial institutions, retail companies, advertising networks, Internet service providers, data analytics providers, government entities, operating systems and platforms, social networks, or data brokers.
EasyPay Finance may disclose personal information when legally compelled to do so. Privileged information about a customer’s account is disclosed only when permitted by this Policy, or legally required such as by a subpoena, regulatory investigation, court order or with a customer’s express, verbal, or written permission.
We do not sell personal information except as described in this Policy, or if we provide you with notice and a right to opt-out of such sale. We may share (as that term is defined under applicable privacy laws) personal information such as your internet or network activity information with internet service providers and data analytics providers. We do not have any knowledge of the sale or share of personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
Protection of Minors
EasyPay Finance does not intend to advertise our products or services to persons under 18 years of age, or to collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. ID Theft Policy
EasyPay Finance utilizes state of the art authentication technology to verify identities. However, if someone has fraudulently used your identification to establish credit, report the incident as quickly as possible to EasyPay at the contact information provided below, and, if necessary, to each of the credit reporting agencies listed below and ask that a fraud alert be placed on your file.
